Black Cohosh root, Blue Cohosh root, Blue Vervain herb, Skullcap herb, Skunk Cabbage root, and Wild Yam root.
(Five stages/6 days a week:)

1st: Place 4 to 6 drops of garlic oil into each ear (important that this is done first).
2nd: Place 4 to 6 drops of HP B&B into each ear.
3rd: Plug ears overnight with a cotton ball.
4th: Massage some of HP B&B onto the base of the skull (medulla site), behind the ears (mastoids) and the upper spine (cervical vertebrae).
